Michael and Julie Harper - FoodWorks Tocumwal, VIC
Regarded as relatively new to the FoodWorks business, Michael and Julie have been with the FoodWorks group since July 2007. Originally looking to enter the motel industry, Michael and Julie found that this business opportunity was not progressing and decided to join FoodWorks.
"The decision to join FoodWorks was relatively easy as the store was already a branded FoodWorks store. FoodWorks gave a presentation and we met people from FoodWorks."
Michael viewed FoodWorks' support, communication and their innovative ideas and suggestions as appealing aspects to joining the FoodWorks group.
"Owing our own supermarket is beyond what we expected. There is the ongoing support and you don't need to initiate contact with FoodWorks, it's the other way round, they seem to always initiate contact".
